Canned Mackerel × Vegetables

This simple canned mackerel and vegetable stir-fry is perfect for busy weekdays.

🥬 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 can of mackerel (in water or miso)
  • 1/4 head of cabbage (or pre-cut vegetables)
  • 1/2 carrot (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Soy sauce to taste

Use any vegetables you have in your fridge.


🍳 Instructions (Only 3 Steps!)

1. Stir-fry the vegetables

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry until slightly soft.


2. Add the mackerel

Add the mackerel with its juice.
Break it into smaller pieces and mix well.


3. Season to taste

Add a little soy sauce.
Cook for another minute until the liquid reduces.

Done!
